GOALS TO DEVELOP IN INSTITUTIONAL MANAGEMENT

-Develop the INSTITUTIONAL MANAGEMENT FROM A PERSPECTIVE WITH SUSTAINABILITY, AS TO ITS PROFILE AFFIRMING THE DEFENSE OF THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS in marginal urban areas and rural areas.

-To contribute to the DEVELOPMENT OF THE GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS OF THE URBAN MARGINAL AND RURAL COMMUNITIES, TO EXPRESS AND DEFEND THEIR RIGHTS, with their voice and opinion about what they feel and live in the context of their families and communities.

-Promote INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AS A MEANS OF SERVICE TO SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, WITH THE IMPACT OF THE MARK "WE HAVE A COMMITMENT TO THE FUTURE" - "THE FUTURE IS HERE", in support of children and adolescents in situations of vulnerability and poverty.

- Managing the Institution's empowerment with the DEVELOPMENT OF IMPORTANT SOCIAL PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS OF COMMUNITY IMPACT, OF CHILDREN IN DEFENSE OF THE ENVIRONMENT, being this action recognized in the media and dissemination.

-To take ownership of the brand of THE SEED, in the field of cooperation relations, business management and governmental and ecclesial authorities.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES 2017-2021

Develop training workshops on community leadership under the International Convention against child labor, rights to violence and corporal punishment.
